Note – All above given rates are based on Body weight of passenger up to 75kg on average basis and extra body weight will be chargeable extra, given rates are dynamic and can change anytime due to hike in Government Taxes, Petrol Price, and any other unforeseen reason, so please check availability and rates before giving quotations to your client.

Helicopter Details & Weight Guidelines:

For this Yatra, we use B-3 and Bell 407 helicopters, each with a seating capacity of 6 passengers and a total carrying capacity of 435–450 kg (including passengers and luggage).

Luggage Limitations:

• Limited space is available in the helicopter.
• Each passenger is allowed only 5 kg of luggage in a small-sized bag.
• The total passenger weight must not exceed 435–450 kg per helicopter.

Weight Management:

• Heavyweight passengers may need to reduce luggage weight or adjust as per the ground staff’s instructions.
• Weighing before boarding is mandatory — if the total weight exceeds the limit, the pilot will not allow boarding.
• Passengers may be shuffled to balance the helicopter’s weight for safe flying in the hills.

Extra Weight Charges:

• If a passenger’s weight exceeds the helicopter’s limit, they may have to pay extra charges of up to ₹2000 per kg (cost varies depending on circumstances).
• Even after paying, only 5–10 kg of extra weight can be managed by reducing luggage, adjusting fuel, or sending luggage via other transport.

Important Advisory:

• Passengers must provide accurate weight at the time of booking.
• Incorrect weight details may lead to denial of boarding.
• Kindly cooperate with the ground staff for a smooth and safe journey.

• Optional tours and activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff.
• Monument entry fee.
• Camera fees at monuments (if applicable).

→ Buffet breakfast will be served from 07:30 hrs – 10:30 hrs.
→ Must reach airport at least 120 mins before departure for internal flights.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment:

→ Prices are confidential & 50% advance is required to secure the bookings.
→ Remaining payment is to be made on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Fees:

→ Cancellation prior 90 days – No charges except the processing fee and airline cancellation fee.
→ Cancellation prior 75 days – 25% charge of the tour price and airline cancellation fee.
→ Cancellation prior 15 days – 50% charge of the tour price and airline cancellation fee.
→ Cancellation prior 5 days – 75% charge of the tour price and airline cancellation fee.
→ Cancellation on initiation of tour – 100% charge of the tour price.
