We just got back from a trip to Jagannath puri   organized by house of ullassa and it was incredible.they really listened to what we wanted. Every detail—from the airport transfers to the boutique hotels—was seamless. They even handled a last-minute flight delay for us so we didn't have to stress. Had a great experience with the House of Ullaasas team during our Varanasi and Ayodhya trip. Special thanks to Rithesh and Garry for their excellent coordination and support throughout the journey. The team arranged comfortable and well-maintained hotels, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free. They also provided a knowledgeable guide who explained the history and significance of all the major temples, which truly enhanced the spiritual experience. Extremely Poor Experience with House of Ullassa – Not Recommended My trip from Mumbai to Ujjain and Omkareshwar (14–17 January 2025) was completely mismanaged by House of Ullassa and turned into a highly frustrating experience. Despite coordinating with Harshita and Garry from the agency, communication was poor and inconsistent. The local travel partner appointed in Indore was of extremely low quality and lacked even basic professionalism. The other person Hitesh was also wanted money. The drivers were rude, uncooperative, and rarely on time. They repeatedly refused to follow the confirmed itinerary and instead operated according to their own convenience, altering plans without consent and wasting my time. This behavior completely ruined the purpose and experience of the trip. There was no accountability or effort to resolve issues when concerns were raised. It was clear throughout that the agency’s priority was only payment collection, not service quality or customer satisfaction. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. ⚠️ Please think 100 times before booking with House of Ullassa. Overall, the trip was well organized, and I appreciate the efforts of the trip organizer in planning and coordinating everything smoothly. The itinerary and arrangements were managed efficiently, which made the trip enjoyable. However, I would like to highlight an issue with the cab provided. Improving the quality of the vehicle and ensuring courteous drivers would greatly enhance the overall experience.
