- Morning: Arrive in Madurai by train or flight. Transfer to the hotel and check in.
- Midday: Visit the grand Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of the most magnificent temples in India.
- Afternoon: Explore Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal and walk through the Gandhi Museum.
- Evening: Witness Evening Aarti at Meenakshi Temple and explore the vibrant market around.
- Overnight: Madurai.
- Morning: Drive to Palani Murugan Temple (2.5 hrs), one of the six sacred abodes (Arupadai Veedu) of Lord Murugan. Reach the hilltop shrine via winch or ropeway.
