- Morning: Arrive at Leh Airport (3,500m altitude). Warm traditional welcome and transfer to the hotel.
- Midday: Rest and acclimatise to the altitude. No activity is advised during the first half.
- Afternoon: Light walk to Leh Market or visit Shanti Stupa for a gentle sunset over snow-capped mountains.
- Evening: Enjoy a slow Ladakhi dinner and herbal tea. Sleep early to support adjustment.
- Morning: Visit the Hall of Fame (Indian Army Museum), Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and the mysterious Magnetic Hill.
- Midday: Stop at the breathtaking Sangam Point, where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet.
- Afternoon: Visit Spituk Monastery or Shey Palace. Return to Leh.
- Evening: Explore the local market — browse for prayer wheels, apricot jams, and handwoven rugs.
- Morning: Drive to Nubra Valley (approx. 5 hrs) via Khardung La (18,380 ft) — one of the world’s highest roads.
- Midday: Arrive in Nubra and check in. Visit the Diskit Monastery with a giant Maitreya Buddha watching over the valley.
- Afternoon: Explore Hunder Sand Dunes and ride a double-humped Bactrian camel (optional).
- Evening: Bonfire under the stars (weather permitting). Overnight in a Nubra camp or cottage.
- Morning: Drive from Nubra to Pangong Lake via the Shyok route (approx. 6 hrs – scenic and rugged).
- Midday: Arrive at Pangong Lake — 134 km long, stretching into China. Check into lakefront camps.
- Afternoon: Walk along the changing shades of the lake — sapphire to turquoise to silver.
- Evening: Dine early and enjoy a night under a million stars by the lakeshore. A surreal Himalayan sleep.
- Morning: After breakfast, start your return journey to Leh (approx. 6 hrs) via Chang La Pass (17,586 ft).
- Midday: Stop en route for hot lunch and photos.
- Afternoon: Arrive in Leh and check in. Rest or explore the nearby monastery.
- Evening: Optional cultural show or Ladakhi folk music performance on request.
- Morning: Breakfast and check out.
