We understand that plans change. At Ullassa, we aim to be fair and transparent about our return and refund process.


  1. General Policy

Refunds are provided based on the nature of the booking and vendor policies.


  1. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be submitted via email and acknowledged by our team.


  • Refund eligibility is based on the timeline and nature of the service booked.
  • More than 30 days before travel/event: Up to 75% refund (after deducting vendor charges).
  • 15–30 days before: Up to 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund (only partial adjustments at our discretion).
  • Custom events/ weddings: as per contract
  1. Amendments
  •       Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) but may incur additional costs.
  •       We encourage clients to contact us early for any changes or assistance.
  1. No-Shows or Early Departures
  •       No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for any unused portion of a service once it has commenced.
  1. Custom Events & Vendor-Based Services
  •       Certain services like destination weddings, cruises, or artist bookings involve third-party cancellation rules. In such cases, refundability is as per vendor terms, and clients will be informed at the time of booking.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  •       Taxes, third-party ticket charges, and custom arrangements (e.g., decor, food tasting, special artists) are non-refundable once paid.

 

  1. Cancellation by Ullassa

If we must cancel due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer:

  •       A full refund, or
  •       An alternative service/date of equal value.
  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment.
