We understand that plans change. At Ullassa, we aim to be fair and transparent about our return and refund process.
- General Policy
Refunds are provided based on the nature of the booking and vendor policies.
- Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be submitted via email and acknowledged by our team.
- Refund eligibility is based on the timeline and nature of the service booked.
- More than 30 days before travel/event: Up to 75% refund (after deducting vendor charges).
- 15–30 days before: Up to 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund (only partial adjustments at our discretion).
- Custom events/ weddings: as per contract
- Amendments
- Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) but may incur additional costs.
- We encourage clients to contact us early for any changes or assistance.
- No-Shows or Early Departures
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for any unused portion of a service once it has commenced.
- Custom Events & Vendor-Based Services
- Certain services like destination weddings, cruises, or artist bookings involve third-party cancellation rules. In such cases, refundability is as per vendor terms, and clients will be informed at the time of booking.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Taxes, third-party ticket charges, and custom arrangements (e.g., decor, food tasting, special artists) are non-refundable once paid.
- Cancellation by Ullassa
If we must cancel due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative service/date of equal value.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment.
